One more week of school and then Mexico City and Guanajuato for me!!! Finals start tomorrow (eek)....

| so... i had my first encounter with the police tonight...at exactly
2:57 am. yep. Matt had dropped me off at my apartment at about 2:40
(pulling an all-nighter with the study group)... and I was just getting
ready to go to bed when this really creapy guy started trying to watch
me through the blinds in my window... I don't know how effective it was
considering the blinds were closed, but he was definately trying
hard... and everytime I would stand up he would kind of walk away from
the window, and he would come back 2 minutes later. After the second or
third time he did that I just ran over and woke up one of my
roommates... then I called 911, barely able to mumble words because I
was so scared, u could actually hear my voice tremble. 5 minutes later there
are a bunch of helicopters circling my apartment complex shining lights
everywhere, and the cops came. A little bit after Monica, Cory, Chris,
and Nick showed up and took care of me (my heros... i love them...
showing up at 3 am just to be there with me, that's real friends right
there). Now i'm at Theta Tau, recovering from creepy guy. That's my
night for ya.

| i've been super stressed these past 2 and a half weeks. i'm starting to think engineering (or at least optical engineering) is not for me... my classes are super hard (times 10), and i'm just not sure anymore. from so many engineering ppl i've heard that optical engineering is the hardest and i wonder why i decided to put myself through it. *sigh* i kinda wish i would've picked something like industrial engineering, or even a more easier major like bussiness or finance.... i don't think i will end up switching my major (although it would probably be the wise thing to do) simply because i know my parents would be dissapointed (deep down) and i just don't wanna do that.  . well back to the stress of engineering.... i have physics hw due tomorrow, a vector calc test on thursday, and a 3 hour long opti engineering test on monday. Pray for me u guys...

| ... so this Sunday I went to mass at the Catholic church here at the UA, and the most adorable thing happened... a couple got engaged !!!! it was sooo cute. i wanna get engaged now. lol. gotta find the right boy first. :o). to add to the sappy love theme of this entry, i've been watching a couple of girly movies today, and *sigh*... yeah the "*sigh*" talks for itself. i can't wait !

frat bid day ... w/ some of the girlies :o) --- and here u can actually notice the very BAD sun burn i've gotten since i got to the the U of Arizona.... i need to de-tan. lol. | | |
